Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for delivering contents over a named data network (NDN). According to a first aspect of the present invention, a method for delivering contents in a content delivery system configured to deliver packets from one node to another node, based on an open flow network system including multiple nodes configured to transmit and receive packets using content names, a switch device configured to relay a flow transmission/reception among the multiple nodes, and a controller device configured to control the switch device, comprises the following steps. When a packet is received, the switch device determines whether the received packet is a packet to be delivered over the NDN. And, when the received packet is the packet to be delivered over the NDN, the switch device acts as an entity of the NDN based on a type of the packet. By using the present invention, an NDN which utilizes a pre-established network is configured.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A gradual conversion method for a content focused network and network system thereof are provided to effectively and rapidly transmit packets by using a content focused transmission method. CONSTITUTION: A packet analysis unit acquires content ID(Identity) information and address for a transmission source and destination(S820). In case requested content is stored, a transmission unit rapidly transmits the stored content to the transmission source(S830,S840). In case the requested content is not existed, a content information base management unit updates content information base(S850). When information for the requested content is existed in a content routing table, a control unit transmits a content request to a content focused network(S860,S870).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A mobility and multicast supporting method in a content recognition network structure and system thereof are provided to change a content focused network based on an existed IP(Internet Protocol) network into a gradual content focused network through a content recognition router and a content recognition agent.
