Abstract:
A relay according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an antenna which receives each signal transmitted based on each subcarrier wave from each terminal of a pair of terminals which exchanges signals with each other; a decoding part which decodes each signal received; a combination part which combines the decoded signals through re-encoding or superposition encoding; and a control part which substitutes the subcarrier waver of a relay for each subcarrier wave of each terminal of the pair of terminals, and transmits the combined signal to each terminal which provides a signal which is the basis of combination.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A subcarrier assignment technique for a multi-cell downlink orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) relay network and an interference adjustment technique between cells are provided to increase frequency efficiency and improve transmission reliability. CONSTITUTION: Each cell uses a subcarrier and a relay. Each cell requests the subcarrier limitation to an adjacent cell for adjusting the interference between cells. A central processing device solves a subcarrier limitation request collision problem.
