Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for determining classification system of inter species of fish living in fresh water is provided to simply analyze genotype of pre-larva, post-larva, young or juveniles, unmature and adult fish. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining classification of inter species of fish living in fresh water comprises: a step of isolating DNA from blood, cells or tissue of fish living in fresh water; a step of performing PCR; a step of binding the PCR product with a polynucleotide probe having identical or complementary sequence with DNA sequence selected from sequence numbers 3-18; and a step of determining classification system.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种确定生活在淡水中的鱼类种间分类系统的方法，简单分析幼虫，幼虫，幼鱼或幼鱼，未成熟鱼和成年鱼的基因型。 构成：一种确定生活在淡水中的鱼类种间分类方法，包括：从生活在淡水中的鱼血液，细胞或组织中分离DNA; 进行PCR的步骤; 将PCR产物与具有选自序列号3-18的DNA序列的具有相同或互补序列的多核苷酸探针结合的步骤; 并确定分类系统的一个步骤。
