Abstract: PURPOSE: An antibacterial material which is able to be mixed with paint is provided to ensure persistent antibacterial activity and to enhance surface activity of antibacterial ingredients. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial material is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is alkyl group of 3-12 carbon atoms. A method for manufacturing the antibacterial material comprises: a step of reacting isocyanuric acid and alkaline compounds to prepare isocyanurate; a step of reacting the isocyanurate and halogen alkyl to prepare alkyl isocyanuric acid compounds; and a step of reacting the alkyl isocyanuric acid compounds with NaOCl solution. The alkaline compounds are lithium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, or potassium hydroxide.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供能够与油漆混合的抗菌材料，以确保持久的抗菌活性和增强抗菌成分的表面活性。 构成：抗菌材料由化学式1表示。在化学式1中，R 1为3-12个碳原子的烷基。 制造抗菌材料的方法包括：使异氰脲酸和碱性化合物反应制备异氰脲酸酯的步骤; 使异氰脲酸酯和卤素烷基反应制备烷基异氰脲酸化合物的步骤; 以及使烷基异氰脲酸化合物与NaOCl溶液反应的步骤。 碱性化合物是氢氧化锂，氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。

Abstract: 본 발명은 페인트에 혼합 가능한 항균물질에 관한 것으로서, N-Cl기를 포함한 이소시아누르산에 알킬기를 도입한 다이클로로알킬 이소시아누르산은 표면 활성을 향상시켜주는 알킬기와 항균성을 가지는 염소기로 인하여 항균력의 지속성이 우수하고, 안료와 혼합시에 항균 성분의 표면 활성을 높여 우수한 항균력을 가지며, 유기 용매 등에 잘 혼합될 수 있어 향상된 가공성을 갖는다.
