The present invention provides an electrosurgical device comprising: an electrically conductive shaft; a handle fixed to the proximal end of the shaft; an active electrode connected to the distal end of the shaft to be insulated from the shaft; an insulation sleeve covering the outer circumferential surface of the shaft; a return electrode formed on the distal end of the shaft; and a needle rear-end coupling part having a shaft passing hole, wherein a coupling means for the rear end part of a needle is formed on the front end part of the needle rear-end coupling part, and a handle moving support or a receiving part for the handle moving support is formed on the rear end part of the needle rear-end coupling part. The handle is provided with the handle moving support or the receiving part for the handle moving support. The coupling means for the rear end part of a needle and the handle are connected to each other by the handle moving support and the receiving part for the handle moving support. The handle moving support is formed on either the coupling means for the rear end part of a needle or the handle, and the receiving part for the handle moving support is formed on the other.

PURPOSE: A coding mode determination apparatus for improving the compression performance of an image is provided to obtain the identical image quality on a display terminal without transmitting information not displayed on a display end. CONSTITUTION: An encoding mode determination apparatus(200) includes a signal transformer(210), a cost calculator(220), and a mode determiner(230). The signal converter converts an image signal into a display signal. The cost calculator calculates an encoding cost through a transformed display signal. The mode generator determinates an encoding mode according to the coding cost.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device and a method for encoding/decoding an image using channel correlation and a computer readable medium therefor are provided to reduce the amount of bits required by increasing the efficiency of intra prediction encoding. CONSTITUTION: A brightness signal encoder(310) outputs a bit stream about a brightness signal of a current block. A weighted value calculator(320) calculates a weighted value about a color difference signal of an adjacent pixel to every pixel. A color difference signal encoder(330) intra-prediction-codes a color difference signal for the current block by predicting the color difference signal of each pixel to be encoded using the weighted value.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drug infusion pump comprising a main body including a driving motor and a processor; and a cartridge module detachable from the main body. As the cartridge module is installed to the main body, a pump module and a drug cartridge are accommodated in the main body, and the pump module is connected with the driving motor. The drug infusion pump can improve user convenience by being easily separated and replaced since the pump module connects to the driving motor by installing the cartridge module in the main body.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for region growing which perform operations related to a region growing technique in parallel using multiple cores which are connected over a network. The apparatus for region growing using multiple cores comprises: an operation unit for performing operations regarding region growing of a two-dimensional or three-dimensional pixel region; multiple cores including an inner memory unit for storing a queue related to a seed pixel which is used for the operations; and a shared memory unit which is connected to the multiple cores over a network and shared by the multiple cores. The method for region growing using multiple cores comprises the following steps: recording a core flag which indicates the operating state of each core in a core flag recording area in the shared memory unit; determining whether an operation for region growing has been performed with regard to at least one pixel adjacent to a seed pixel which is inputted to a queue in a core whose operating state is active among the multiple cores based on a test bit value of the pixel flag corresponding to the adjacent pixel; changing the test bit value of the adjacent pixel if the operation for region growing has not performed with regard to the adjacent pixel; performing the operation for region growing which determines whether the adjacent pixel is included in a region of the seed pixel; and recording the operation result for region growing in an inclusion bit value of the pixel flag corresponding to the adjacent pixel.

최소침습성 플라즈마 생성전극에 관한 것으로서 종래의 전극의 크기가 커서 섬유륜의 파손을 일으키는 문제점을 가지고 있었으나 본 발명에 따른 전극은 굵기를 2.5mm 이하로 줄였을뿐 아니라 전극간의 방전을 통하여 전극간의 거리를 감소시켜 전기장을 증가시켜 플라즈마 생성을 증가시키도록 하였다.
