Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing a compound for enhancing cell growth is provided to enhance growth of brain cells, nerve cells, cardiac cells, and stem cells and to treat diseases which are needed to cell proliferation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing cell growth contains a compound of chemical formula 1. A formulation for enhancing cell growth contains the compound of chemical formula 1. The formulation is used in the form of lipid nanoparticle, polymer nanoparticle or polymer gel. The lipid nanoparticle contains positive charge lipid, neutral lipid or negative charge lipid. The lipid nanoparticle additionally contains surfactant. The polymer nanoparticle or polymer gel contains natural polymer or synthetic polymer. The formulation further contains cell target ligand.
