Abstract: PURPOSE: A thin film type solar battery based on a carbon nanotube network is provided to offer a high efficiency thin film type solar battery with collection ability of hole / electronics improved by using a wide surface region of a carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A first conductivity type thin film layer(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A second conductive semiconductor thin film layer(120) welds with the first conductivity type thin film layer. A second electrode(140) is formed to be faced with the substrate. A first electrode(130) has a finger grid form. The first conductivity type thin film layer is ohmic-contacted with at least a part of the first electrode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of fixing a nano wire and a thin film member manufactured thereby are provided to apply the thin film member to one meter of a field with a separated end part including excellent electron emission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method of fixing a nano wire on a substrate comprises the following steps: arranging a nano wire(110) on a substrate(100) formed with a first substance; spraying a dispersing liquid of a second substance on the substrate; and partially fixing the nano wire on the substrate using the second substance. The substrate is a conductive substrate which is selected from a group consisting of a glass substrate, an oxide substrate, and a polymer resin substrate. The first and the second substances are identical.
