Abstract: PURPOSE: A transcription factor OsbHLH148 gene isolated from Oryza sativa is provided to obtain a plant with tolerance to various stresses including drought. CONSTITUTION: A transcription factor OsbHLH148(Oryza sativa basic helix-loop-helix 148) protein which regulates the expression of genes which is derived from Oryza sativa and relates to stress tolerance contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A gene encoding the protein contains a base of sequence number 1. A method for enhancing tolerance to environmental stress of a plant comprises a step of transforming plant cells with a recombinant vector containing the gene and a step of overexpressing the gene. A composition for enhancing tolerance to environmental stress of a plant contains the gene encoding the protein.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供从水稻分离的转录因子OsbHLH148基因，以获得对各种胁迫（包括干旱）具有耐受性的植物。 构成：调节来自水稻的基因表达的转录因子OsbHLH148（水稻碱性螺旋 - 环 - 螺旋148）蛋白质，涉及胁迫耐受性包含序列号2的氨基酸序列。编码蛋白质的基因 含有序列号1的碱基。用于增强植物对环境胁迫耐受性的方法包括用含有该基因的重组载体转化植物细胞的步骤和过表达该基因的步骤。 用于增强植物对环境胁迫耐受性的组合物含有编码蛋白质的基因。
