Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for automatically identifying miRNA from a sample using an automated miRNA detection system and to a record medium in which a program which can be read by a computer for performing the method is recorded. The method comprises the steps of: (a) generating refined small RNA sequences by automatically pre-treating non-processed RNA base sequence data analyzed from a sample; (b) automatically detecting miRNA using a mapping tool of a reference miRNA database for the refined small RNA sequences of the step (a); identifying target genes using a biological searching program for the automatically detected miRNA of the step (b); and (d) reporting an identified result.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种使用自动化miRNA检测系统和记录媒体自动识别miRNA的方法，其中可以记录计算机可读取用于执行该方法的程序。 该方法包括以下步骤：（a）通过自动预处理从样品分析的未处理的RNA碱基序列数据产生精制的小RNA序列; （b）使用参考miRNA数据库的绘图工具自动检测miRNA用于步骤（a）的精制小RNA序列; 使用用于步骤（b）的自动检测的miRNA的生物搜索程序来鉴定靶基因; 和（d）报告确定的结果。

Abstract: 본 발명은 (a) 시료로부터 분석된 미가공의 RNA 염기서열 데이터를 자동 전처리하여 정제된 스몰 RNA(small RNA) 서열들을 생성하는 단계; (b) 상기 (a) 단계의 정제된 스몰 RNA 서열들을 대상으로 레퍼런스 miRNA 데이터베이스(reference miRNA database)의 맵핑 툴을 이용하여 miRNA를 자동 탐색하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계의 자동 탐색된 miRNA를 대상으로 생물학적 검색 프로그램을 이용하여 타겟 유전자를 동정하는 단계; 및 (d) 동정된 결과를 레포팅하는 단계를 포함하는 miRNA 탐색 자동화 시스템을 이용하여 시료로부터 miRNA를 자동으로 동정하는 방법과 상기 방법을 수행하기 위한 컴퓨터로 판독 가능한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체에 관한 것이다.
