Abstract:
PURPOSE: An automatic geo-referencing method of buildings site plan CAD data using a parcel contour from attached cadastral maps is provided to create a continuous map coordinates for building site plan CAD data. CONSTITUTION: A polygon expressed in an accumulation turning function is automatically selected in an adjacent ground boundary by suing a similarity measurement result between the boundaries extracted from a map for boundary of a building(400). A conformal transformation function is inducted by suing an azimuth angle obtained in the measurement of a similarity of a turning function and an area ratio of a lot boundary polygon(500). The polygon induced through the conformal transformation function is transformed into map coordinates(600).

PURPOSE: A high resolution satellite image mergence method using a mergence coefficient is provided to create optimized mergence images including a spectrum characteristic by including a high space resolution about high resolution satellite sensors. CONSTITUTION: The coordinate of an original multi-spectral image(10) and a high resolution black and white image(20) is standardized. The size of the multi-spectral image is controlled identically with the high resolution black and white image(100). A virtual resolution image is created through a regression analysis between the multi-spectral image and the black and white image(200). Global and local image mergence based on a mergence coefficient is performed(300). The spatial resolution of an image is merged in order to improve additional spatial resolution(400).

연속지적도 필지경계선을 이용한 건축물 배치도 도면에 지도좌표를 자동으로 부여하는 방법이 개시된다. 건축물 배치도 CAD도면에서 후보 폴리곤을 선별하는 후보 폴리곤 선별 단계; 상기 후보 폴리곤 선별 단계에서 추출된 후보 폴리곤들 및 연속지적도에서 추출된 필지경계선 폴리곤을 각각 누적 선회각 함수로 변환하고, 누적 선회각 함수들 사이의 유사도를 측정하는 형상 자동 매칭 단계; 상기 형상 자동 매칭 단계에서 측정된 유사도를 이용하여 연속지적도에서 추출된 필지경계선 폴리곤과 가장 높은 유사도를 가지는 후보 폴리곤을 인접대지 경계선 폴리곤으로 선정하는 인접대지경계선 자동 선정 단계; 인접대지경계선 폴리곤을 필지경계선 폴리곤에 정합시키기 위한 상사변환함수를 도출하는 상사변환함수 도출 단계; 상기 상사변환함수 도출 단계에서 도출된 상사변환함수를 적용하여 CAD 도면상의 좌표를 필지경계선에 부여된 지도좌표로 변환하는 배치도 지도좌표 부여 단계;를 포함한다. 건물 배치도 CAD 도면, 인접대지경계선, 연속지적도 필지경계선, 자동매칭 기반 좌표변환, 건축물 도면 자동 지도좌표 부여
