Abstract: 본 발명은 히드록시기를 가지는 포타슘 오가노트리플로로보레이트(Potassium Organotrifluoroborate) 화합물의 제조방법 및 히드록시기를 가지는 신규 포타슘 오가노트리플로로보레이트 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 중간체를 분리 정제하는 과정을 거치지 않고 단일반응으로 포타슘 오가노트리플로로보레이트 화합물을 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 본 발명에 따른 히드록시기를 가지는 신규 포타슘 오가노트리플로로보레이트(Potassium Organotrifluoroborate) 화합물은 팔라듐(Pd) 촉매를 이용한 스즈키 탄소-탄소 결합반응(Suzuki coupling reaction), 로듐(Rh) 촉매를 이용한 1,2-와 1,4-부가반응, 할로겐 치환반응 등 다양한 유기합성반응과 생리활성 천연물의 전합성에 널리 이용되어지는 반응물질로 유용하다.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及具有羟基的有机三氟硼酸钾化合物的制备方法和具有羟基的新的有机三氟硼酸钾化合物。 根据本发明的制备方法的优点在于，可以在单一反应中生产有机三氟硼酸钾化合物，而不需要分离和纯化中间体的方法。 根据本发明的具有羟基的新型有机三氟硼酸钾化合物可用作广泛用于生理活性天然产物的全合成和各种有机合成反应（包括卤素取代反应，1,2-和1,4 - 使用铑（Rh）催化剂的加成反应和使用钯（Pd）催化剂的Suzuki碳 - 碳偶联反应（Suzuki偶联反应）。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for a potassium organoselanyltrifluoroborate derivative is provided to prepare various potassium organoselanyltrifluoroborate derivatives containing selenium in a short reaction time without a process of refining an intermediate from a dihalogen aryl compound. CONSTITUTION: A method for a potassium organoselanyltrifluoroborate derivative comprises the steps of: preparing an organic selenium compound by mixing a dihalogen aryl compound, selenium powder and organic halogen compound, and then selectively reacting with an alkyl lithium reagent; and reacting the organic selenium compound with a trialkyl borate compound and the alkyl lithium reagent; and reacting with potassium hydrogen fluoride(KHF2).

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a potassium organotrifluoroborate derivative is provided to produce the potassium oranotrifluoroborate compound without isolation of intermediate. A method for producing a potassium organotrifluoroborate compound of the chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting organic lithium reagent with a compound of the chemical formula 2 to produce a compound of the chemical formula 3; a step of reacting the compound of the chemical formual 3 with borate compound of the chemical formula 5 to produce a compound of the chemical formula 4; and a step of reacting a compound of the chemical formula 4 with potassium hydrogen fluoride to produce the compound of the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formulas 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are selected among phenylene, biphenylene, naphthylene, or anthrylene.
