Abstract:
본 발명은 북서태평양에서 여름철 태풍의 진로를 예측하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 북서태평양에서 태풍활동이 활발한 6월부터 10월까지의 태풍의 진로를 7개의 군집으로 나누고, 각각의 군집의 해당하는 태풍의 개수를 예측 한 후, 각각의 군집의 평균 태풍 진로 분포를 7개의 기저로 사용하여 예측하고자 하는 해의 태풍의 진로의 분포를 재구성함으로써 북서태평양 전 지역의 태풍 활동을 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 북서태평양 전 지역에 대하여 6월부터 10월까지의 태풍의 진로를 가장 정확하게 예측할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for predicting the number of typhoon in each region and a method for predicting the track of the typhoon in the summer are provided to accurately predict the track of the typhoon from June to October in the entire of northwest pacific region. CONSTITUTION: Typhoon is active at the northwest pacific region from June to October. The track of the typhoon is classified into seven groups(S10). The number of typhoon corresponding to each group is predicted(S20). The distribution of the typhoon for a target period is obtained based on the average tract distribution of the typhoon in seven groups. The entire of northwest pacific region is predicted(S30).

PURPOSE: A unique weather fluctuation estimating method is provided to integratively analyze or assume the vulnerability of each area by the change of weather phenomena. CONSTITUTION: A unique weather fluctuation estimating method comprises the following steps: dividing a specific area with a lattice consisting plural unit lattices, and combining each index of yearly bases containing the high temperature phenomenon index and dehydrating phenomenon index by the kind of indexes; dividing the combined value with the specified period by yearly bases; combining each divided values by each index, and dividing with the number of meteorological spot included in each unit lattice to transform the value into an average value for each index(S10); normalizing the unit lattice value; and obtaining a normalization value for each normalized unit lattice value(S20,S30).

PURPOSE: An optical property calculation method of an aerosol is provided to reduce the calculation cost without being restricted in the space, and to accurately calculate the optical property of the aerosol. CONSTITUTION: An optical property calculation method of an aerosol comprises the following steps: obtaining a radiative forcing efficiency value at the supremum of an atmosphere and the surface of the ground, in a specific area(S100); obtaining the radiative forcing efficiency value of the supremum of the atmosphere and the surface of the ground while transferring an asymmetry factor and a single scattering albedo from 0~1(S140); forming a first and a second look-up tables referring the radiative forcing efficiency value(S150); detecting a first and a second radiative forcing efficiency values closer to the radiative forcing efficiency value of the supremum of the atmosphere and the surface of the ground; calculating a difference and a second difference between the first and the second radiative forcing efficiency value and the radiative forcing efficiency value of the supremum of the atmosphere and the surface of the ground(S160); and comparing the first and the second difference for determining the asymmetry factor and the single scattering albedo as the optical property(S170).
