Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing proliposome which stabilizes adipose stem cell-derived protein extract is provided to enhance extract stability and to treat atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis contains proliposome which stabilizes adipose stem cell-derived protein extract as an active ingredient. The proliposome contains 0.1-5 wt% of adipose stem cells-derived protein extract, 1-20 wt% of lipid, 0.1-10 wt% of stabilizing agent, and remaining amount of sugars. The stabilizing agent includes non-ionic surfactant of poloxamer, polyol derivative, polyoxyethylene ester, or polyoxyethylene ether.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有稳定脂肪干细胞衍生蛋白质提取物的脱脂体的组合物，以提高提取物的稳定性和治疗特应性皮炎。 构成：用于预防或治疗特应性皮炎的药物组合物含有使脂肪干细胞衍生的蛋白质提取物稳定的活性成分的脱脂体。 前体脂质体含有0.1-5重量％的脂肪干细胞衍生的蛋白质提取物，1-20重量％的脂质，0.1-10重量％的稳定剂和剩余量的糖。 稳定剂包括泊洛沙姆的非离子表面活性剂，多元醇衍生物，聚氧乙烯酯或聚氧乙烯醚。
