Abstract: PURPOSE: An MRI contrast iron oxide nanoparticle using pH-sensitive polymer micelle is provided to diagnose cardiovascular diseases or cerebrovascular diseases based on pH concentration. CONSTITUTION: A pH-sensitive polymer micelle used in MRI contrast agent is formed by copolymerizing polyalkyleneglycol compound and poly(beta-amino ester) compound. An iron oxide 100nm of nanoparticle having pH-sensitivity is prepared by sealing therapeutic drug in a core of polyethyleneglycol-polyaminoacid polymer micelle.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用pH敏感性聚合物胶束的MRI对比氧化铁纳米颗粒,用于诊断基于pH浓度的心血管疾病或脑血管疾病。 构成:通过共聚聚亚烷基二醇化合物和聚(β-氨基酯)化合物形成用于MRI造影剂的pH敏感性聚合物胶束。 通过将治疗药物密封在聚乙二醇 - 聚氨基酸聚合物胶束的核心中制备具有pH敏感性的100nm纳米颗粒的氧化铁。

Abstract: 본발명은 pH 민감성고분자마이셀을이용한자기공명영상(magnetic resonance imaging, MRI) 조영제(contrast agent) 산화철(FeO) 나노입자의제조방법및 이를이용한심혈관계또는뇌질환계질환의진단및 치료를위한전달체에관한것으로서, 보다상세하게는산화철전구체의공침전법을이용하여제조한산화철과심혈관계또는뇌혈관계질환치료제약물을 pH 민감성을지닌생분해성고분자인폴리에틸렌글리콜-폴리아미노에시드고분자마이셀의코아에봉입하게하여 100nm의균일한크기의 pH 민감성을갖는산화철나노입자를제조하는방법과이를이용한심혈관계또는뇌혈관계질환의진단및 치료를위한전달체의제공에관한것이다.
