    Abstract: PURPOSE: A pH-sensitive block copolymer and drug or protein delivery carriers using the same are provided to effectively deliver drug or protein at a disease part. CONSTITUTION: A pH-sensitive block copolymer forming polyionic complex micelles includes (a) polyethylene glycol-based compounds, (b) poly(aminoacid) compounds, and (c) heterocyclic alkylamine-based compounds having an ionic complex induction performance. The polyethylene glycol-based compound has a mono-functionality of acrylate or methacrylate at the terminal thereof.
