Abstract: PURPOSE: An integral girder including combination unit is provided to reduce construction period by rapidly and easily combining and to improve the stability of workers by shortening working hours. CONSTITUTION: An integral girder(100) including combination unit comprises a girder body(10), a deck(20), and a cross beam(30), and a combining member(40). The girder body is lengthily formed with one-way direction. A deck is formed in the upper part of the girder body. The cross beam contacts with the lower surface of the deck and is protruded in both sides of the girder body. The combining member is reclaimed to the cross beam with one side and exposed to the end of the cross beam with the other side. An adjacent pair of girders is positioned to face each other and combined by welding or the combining member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for measuring a distance and a position for a blind person is provided to induce the walking of the blind by installing an electronic compass on a distance and position measurer. CONSTITUTION: A distance and position measurer(100) comprises an ultrasonic sensor(110), an electronic compass, a power source, a controller, and a communication unit. The ultrasonic sensor is comprised of three sensors which measure the distance by sensing the person front, right, and left. A magnetic sensor is installed on the electronic compass to measure the direction. A power supply unit receives a battery and external power. The controller controls the signal of the electronic compass and the ultrasound sensor. The communication unit transmits the signal analyzed from the controller to the glasses. A clip(300) is used for mounting the distance and position measurer on a belt buckle of the blind. A glasses(200) includes a sound output unit(220) and a communication unit(210).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tension device for a steel wire rope is provided to easily and strongly tense a steel wire rope using the expansibility of a moving member. CONSTITUTION: A tension device for a steel wire rope comprises an anchorage(50), screw bars(62), a reaction plate(64), a moving member(70), and fixtures(90). The anchorage has a protruding plate(51). A steel wire rope(W) passes through one side of the protruding plate. The screw bars are fixed to the protruding plate of the anchorage. The reaction plate is fitted to the screw bars. The steel wire rope passes through the reaction plate. The length of the moving member is extended, and moves the reaction plate along the screw bars. The traction device moves with the reaction plate, and tows the steel wire rope. The fixtures fix the moved reaction plate with the traction device.

Abstract: A sound-proof panel for between floors is provided to circulate and absorb the noised generated in each floor and to reduce the thickness of panel. A sound-proof panel for between floors comprises a first sound insulation member(10) which first blocks the noise generated in each floor; a honeycomb(20) which is attached to the first sound insulation member on one side, is made of halogen free polyolefin resin, thermoplastic resin or paper, and has a plurality of cells formed by successive partition walls and through holes to make the air or noise pass through; a second sound insulation member(40) in which the other side of the honeycomb is attached to one side and which finally blocks the noise; and a sound absorbing member(30) which is inserted in each cell of the honeycomb to absorb the noise circulating through the through holes and the honeycomb cells and reform it.

CONSTITUTION: A repair and reinforcement method of a bridge is composed like next. A main body of a girder, which needs repair, is confirmed. A corresponding repair area or a reinforcing domain of the main body is indicated. A housing groove is formed along the repair or reinforcing marked domain.
