PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for recording accident information for a vehicle are provided to transmit driver information of a rear-ending assaulting car, thereby obtaining information of the car. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(74) performs wireless communication with a car or a main car accident management server. A collision detection sensor unit(75) detects generation of collision. A controller(71) exchanges car information and accident related information with a counterpart car which collides with the car. The controller requests the information of the counterpart car to the main accident management server.

PURPOSE: An automatic defecation system using a medical bed with a defecation function is provided to enable a patient to move a medical bed to a toilet by himself after checking whether there is a toilet, thereby enabling the patient to relieve himself. CONSTITUTION: A client(100) transmits a request signal for using a toilet. If a signal for approving the use of a toilet is received, the client moves while transmitting a go state signal. The client informs the use of a toilet. A grant server(407) checks a state of a state queue. If another client does not use a toilet, the grant server transmits the signal for approving the use of a toilet to the client. If another client does not use the toilet, the grant server saves the request signal for using a toilet to the state queue.

PURPOSE: An automobile personal information management system are provided to perform storage and management of driving history according to a driver through driving license including a RFID tag, thereby performing automobile management more accurately. CONSTITUTION: A general I/O(12) receives automobile driving information from an input unit or output unit. The general I/O output receives automobile driving information. An RFID tag comprises an automobile driving license. An RFID reader reads driver information from the RFID tag. A CPU(11) performs generation and management of automobile driving table by driver through a automobile driving related information and the driving information.

PURPOSE: A method for transmitting power to a communication terminal and a wireless power transmitter in a MIMO(Multiple-Input Multiple-output) MB-OFDM(Multi Band Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) type based on a UWB(Ultra Wideband) chip are provided to perform wireless power transmission and data transmission/reception between the communication terminal and the wireless power transmitter. PURPOSE: A mobile phone and a driving method thereof are provided to minimize the damage on a device. CONSTITUTION: A memory(1200) stores a power lookup table necessary for the operation of plural elements according to the occurrence of an event. A converter(1320) applies the controlled power to the plural devices, and a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) controller(1310) adjusts the pulse width of the power source to the converter. A DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(1110) controls the PWM controller according to the power lookup table corresponding to the occurring event. An error amplifier(EA) and a comparator(CP) reduces an error by comparing the input and output of the converter.

통신 단말기로 전력을 전송하는 UWB칩을 기반으로 하는 MIMO MB-OFDM 방식의 무선 전력 전송 장치가 개시된다. 무선 전력 전송 장치는 통신 단말기와 데이터를 송수신하기 위한 데이터 송수신부; 무선 전력을 전송하기 위한 전력 전송부; 데이터 송수신 채널 및 전력 전송 채널을 설정하는 채널 관리부; 빔 형성(beam-forming) 구간을 측정하는 빔 형성 구간 측정부; 및 설정된 전력 전송 채널을 통하여 측정된 빔 형성 구간으로 전력을 전송하도록 제어하는 신호를 생성하는 제어부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 통신 단말기의 전력 충전에 불편함을 해결하고, 이동중인 통신 단말기의 전력 충전을 보다 수월하게 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 무선 전력 전송, MIMO OFDM, Beam-forming

PURPOSE: An image decoding method and a device thereof are provided to reduce image decoding time by performing deblocking filtering differently according to a characteristic of an image. CONSTITUTION: A target area for performing filtering by a frame unit is configured according to a characteristic of an image(510). The characteristic of the image is at least one between size and resolution of the image. A macro block included in the target area is deblocking filtered by the frame(520). A macro block not included in the target area skips the deblocking filter(525). The target area is an area except for the outer portion corresponding to size or the rate determined in the frame according to a characteristic of the image.
