Abstract: PURPOSE: A discharge nozzle and ink-jet nozzle of electrostatic field guidance is provided to secure the stability of the discharge performance in spite of long time operation. CONSTITUTION: A discharge nozzle comprises a concave part(113). The concave part is formed along the outer circumference of the nozzle adjacent to a liquid ejection side. The concave part forms a cycle band in the outer circumference of the nozzle. Multiple concave parts are formed on the longitudinal direction of the nozzle. A hydrophobic coating film(114) is coated on the surface of the concave part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An inkjet print head is provided to include a favorable structure of an inkjet print head which is a side arrangement mode electrode structure. CONSTITUTION: An inkjet print head comprises first electrodes(110-1,110-2,110-3,110-4) which are formed every nozzle and a second electrode which interrupts the two nozzle interval neighboring on the side which is displaced apart to the nozzle. The second electrode induces the electrostatic field to discharge ink from the nozzle while forming potential difference in the interval with the first electrode.

Abstract: 본 발명은 토출 노즐 및 정전기장 유도 방식의 잉크젯 노즐에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 토출 노즐은, 액체 토출면에 인접한 노즐 외주면의 둘레를 따라 오목부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토출 노즐이 제공될 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 토출 노즐에 의하면, 액체 토출 과정에서의 액체의 흘러넘침, 액체에 의한 젖음 현상을 최소화할 수 있어, 장시간 구동에도 토출 성능의 안정성을 확보할 수 있다.

Abstract: 정전기장 유도 방식을 이용하는 멀티 노즐 잉크젯 프린트 헤드가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 잉크젯 프린트 헤드는, 상기 노즐 마다에 형성되는 제1 전극; 및 상기 노즐과 이격된 측면에 위치하여 이웃한 어느 2개의 노즐 사이 마다를 가로막는 형태로 배치되며, 상기 제1 전극과의 사이에서 전위차를 형성함으로써 상기 노즐로부터 잉크를 토출시키기 위한 정전기장을 유도하는 제2 전극을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 인접 노즐 간 전계 간섭을 차폐함으로써 크로스토크 현상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
