Abstract:
Disclosed are an electrode structure having a roll shape, an electrode and an electric device applying the same, and a method for manufacturing the electrode structure. The disclosed electrode structure has a structure of a graphene film having a nano material dispersed on at least one side wound in a roll shape. The electrode structure can have a high electrode density while securing a space making the diffusion of an electrolyte ion between the contact surfaces of the graphene film easy, and can be stably maintained in a shape of being vertically oriented on a current collector when applied to an electrode of an energy storage device such as a supercapacitor.

The present application relates to a coagulated graphene oxide and a producing method thereof, a coagulated graphene and a producing method thereof, and a coagulated nitrogen-doped graphene and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of coagulated graphene oxide includes: a step of dispersing the graphene oxide in an organic solvent; and a step of forming the graphene oxide coagulated in an antisolvent by adding the antisolvent to the dispersed graphene oxide.

멕신(MXene) 나노시트의제조방법이개시된다. 상기멕신(MXene) 나노시트의제조방법은표면에 O, OH, F 등의관능기가수식되어있지않은멕신(MXene) 나노시트를얻을수 있다. 이와같이얻어진멕신(MXene) 나노시트는 MXene 고유의특성을발휘할수 있으며, 그래핀이나육방정계질화붕소(h-BN) 등과같은이종나노소재와의하이브리드가용이하고, 다양한전기전자소자및 에너지저장소자에적용할수 있다.
