Abstract: A composition of preventing and treating cranial nervous disease comprising kobophenol A as active ingredient is provided to prevent and treat the cranial nervous disease by disease caused by neural apoptosis of parkinsonism, alzheimer disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or virus infection by neural cell killing effect of the kobophenol A. A composition of preventing and treating cranial nervous disease by anaplasia or virus infection comprises kobophenol A as active ingredient. The neurodegenerative disease is Alzheimer disease, parkinsonism or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The cranial nervous disease by the virus infection is generation of heat, oscillation, bleeding, jaundice, arthralgia, myalgia, encephalitis, meningitis.
