Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases including dioscorea batatas decne extracts is provided to reduce generation of lesion or precipitation of lipid inside aorta. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases includes dioscorea batatas decne extracts or rind extract as an active ingredient. The dioscorea batatas decne extracts or rind extract is obtained by extracting dioscorea batatas decne or rind using water, C1-C4 alcohol or a mixed solvent thereof. The dioscorea batatas decne extracts or rind extract is obtained by extracting dioscorea batatas decne or rind using C1-C4 alcohol or a mixed solvent thereof and re-extracting by using hexane. The dioscorea batatas decne extracts or rind extract includes ethyl palmitate, ethyl linoleate, B-sitosterol or a combination thereof. The dioscorea batatas decne extract has inhibition activities for necrotic core inside the blood vessel and fibrosis formation or inflammation due to macrophages.

Abstract: A method for preparing an extract of mushroom is provided to obtain the extract which has effect on proliferation of osteoblast and inhibitory effect on proliferation of osteoclast. A method for preparing an extract of mushroom comprises the steps of: (a) washing the mushroom such as Agaricus blazei Murill, vegetable worms and Inonotus Obliquus; and (b) extracting the mushroom with water in an extractor at a temperature of 50-70 deg.C under no pressure for 3-5 hours. An agent for preventing and treating osteoporosis comprises the mushroom extract prepared by the method. Further, a powder typed L-ascorbic acid is added into the mushroom extract.

Abstract: 본 발명은 버섯 추출물의 제조방법, 그에 의해서 얻어지는 버섯 추출물 및 이를 유효성분으로 하는 골다공증 예방 및 치료제에 관한 것으로, 버섯을 수세하고, 버섯을 생수와 함께 추출기에 넣고, 50℃ 내지 70℃의 저온에서 무압상태로 적어도 3시간 내지 5시간 동안 추출하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 저온에서 무압상태로 추출하기 때문에 본 발명의 제조방법으로 추출된 버섯 추출물의 경우, 유해산소를 제거하는 글루타치온을 포함하는 단백질, 키틴질, 비타민, 미네랄 등과, 버섯의 종류에 따라 다르게 함유되어 있는 페놀화합물(탄닌, 레소르시놀), 단백다당체, 베타글루칸, 퀘세틴 등의 플라본화합물 등의 유효성분들이 파괴되지 않고 높게 유지될 수 있으며 그 결과 조골세포의 증식효과를 가지며 아울러 일부 버섯 추출물의 경우에는 파골세포 증식 억제효과를 가진다.
