Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical solid dispersion formulation for treatment of an ulcer and a preparing method thereof and, more particularly, to a pharmaceutical solid dispersion formulation for treatment of ulcer, capable of improving drug solubility and bioavailability, containing rebamipide, a water-soluble polymer, and a non-ionic surfactant. Thus, the present invention provides a method for preparing a solid dispersion formulation having improved drug solubility and bioavailability, so that the pharmaceutical formulation can have improved efficacy and thus be used for effective treatment of ulcer.
