    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for anti-allergy including (1R,2R,3R)-3-amino cyclopentane -1,2- diol is provided to suppress expression of COX-2, TNF- A, IL-10 and IL-4 genes by(1R,2R,3R)-3-amino cyclopentane -1,2- diol and to suppress the activation of AKT-, ERK-, JNK-, and p38- signal transmission paths.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing Chrysanthemum x morifolium extract is provided to suppress degranulation of mast cells and anaphylactic shock and relieve atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Chrysanthemum x morifolium extract comprises: a step of mixing Chrysanthemum x morifolium and depositing; a step of extracting deposition product by an ultrasonic extractor; and a step of filtering the extract. The solvent contains 8.0 weight% of ethanol, 24.0 weight% of 1,3-butyleneglycol, and 48.0 weight% of purified water. The ultrasonic wave extraction is performed by treating at 40°C, 40kHz, and 300 Watt for one hour and treating at 50°C, 40kHz, and 500 Watt for 1 hour. A composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases contains 0.001-5 weight% of Chrysanthemum x morifolium extract.
