Abstract: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate an organic film forming process by using a screen printing scheme. A pattern is formed on a screen(30) using a photo-sensitive agent. The photo-sensitive agent is removed from a region to be printed, so that ink(20) penetrates the region to be printed during a printing process. The photo-sensitive agent is coated on a region which is not to be printed, so that the photo-sensitive agent is blocked by the screen. The screen has a flexible property, so that the screen is contacted with a substrate, when the ink is applied using a squeegee(10). The ink which penetrates the screen is applied on the substrate.
