Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a patterned substrate for cell culture comprising: (1) a step for preparing a substrate; (2) a step for forming a plasma polymer layer by integrating a precursor on the substrate using plasma; (3) a step for putting a shadow mask having a pattern of a fixed form onto the plasma polymer layer; (4) a step for treating the substrate on which the shadow mask is put using the plasma with reactive gas; and (5) a step for removing the shadow mask from the substrate, and to a patterned substrate for cell culture manufactured by the method. Also, the present invention relates to a patterned cell culture method comprising a step for culturing cells on the patterned substrate for cell culture, a patterned cell chip, and a method for screening substances inducing or promoting angiogenesis using the patterned cell chip.

Abstract: 본 발명은 (1) 기판을 준비하는 단계; (2) 플라즈마를 이용하여 상기 기판 상에 전구체 물질을 집적시켜 플라즈마 중합체층을 형성하는 단계; (3) 상기 플라즈마 중합체층 상에 일정한 형태의 패턴을 가지는 새도우 마스크를 올려놓는 단계; (4) 플라즈마를 이용하여 상기 새도우 마스크가 올려진 기판 상에 반응가스를 처리하는 단계; 및 (5) 상기 새도우 마스크를 기판으로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법, 이를 이용하여 제조한 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판 상에 세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 세포의 패턴화된 배양방법 및 패턴화된 세포칩, 그리고 상기 패턴화된 세포칩을 이용하여 혈관신생 유도 또는 촉진하는 활성을 가지는 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
