Abstract: An air conditioner for a motor car and a cooling method thereof are provided to maintain indoor temperature of the vehicle optimally because output of the air conditioner unit is maintained at the current state. An air conditioner for a motor car comprises an air conditioner unit(10) which comprises an evaporator(16) for supplying cool air to the inside of a vehicle through a feed duct(OD) connected to the inside of the vehicle, a temperature measurement unit(20) which is installed in the optimal position of the outdoor of the vehicle and comprises a third thermal sensor(26) for detecting the external temperature, and a control unit(30) comprising an inverter unit(36) for controlling the compressor and a digital and analog input/output control unit(38).

Abstract: A common duct and an installation method thereof are provided to connect common duct units accurately by using a connection hole and a connection member. A common duct includes a plurality of common duct units(U). Each common duct unit includes a main body(10), a plurality of supporting members(20), a connection hole(30) and a plurality of connecting members(40). The main body is comprised of front and rear opening units, a lower part, a lateral part, and an upper part. The plurality of supporting members are formed in the front and rear opening parts of the main body in order to install a wire, a pipe or a hose in the main body. The connection hole is formed in the supporting member. The connecting member is inserted into the connection hole in order to connect the common duct units.

Abstract: A remote monitoring apparatus using a wired/wireless telephone is provided to block the gas supply when any person does not exist in the home. A microprocessor(30) receives a non-existence signal for informing that any person for a call does not exist indoors from a ring signal detection unit(20) and then performs the control. When the non-existence signal, an intruder alarming signal outputted from an infrared ray detection unit(40) and a gas flow signal are received from the microprocessor, a switching circuit(100) is switched on by a control signal from the microprocessor. A solenoid valve(110) installed at a gas pipe line(92) blocks the gas flow when the switching circuit is switched on.
