Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hydrogen detecting device and a sensor manufacturing method for the same are provided to transfer lights using an optical fiber even though a measuring location and a place where controlling the same are spaced from each other so that signal intensity is not diminished. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen detecting device comprises a thin film, a catalytic layer(13), a substrate(11), and an optical fiber. The thing film is composed of gas coloring materials in which color is changed when being exposed to hydrogen. The catalytic layer evaporates by alloying Pd and Ni on the thin film. The substrate supports the thin film. The optical fiber transfers lights to the thin film and the lights reflected from the thin film to a reverse direction.

PURPOSE: A hydrogen optical sensor is provided to apply existing CD-ROM and DVD-ROM and make a structure thereof simple. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen optical sensor comprises a sensing module, an optical module(230) and an optical fiber(250). The sensing module comprises a gasochromic thin film(211). The optical module comprises a light source(231), an optoisolator(232), a collimating lens(233), a quarter wavelength plate(234), an objective lens(235) and a detector(236). The light source generates beam. The optoisolator slips the beam from the light source. The collimating lens switches the beam split with the optoisolator into the collimated light. The quarter wavelength plate converts the polarization direction of the parallel light beam passing through the collimating lens. The objective lens condenses the beam passing through the quarter wavelength plate. The detector detects the light reflected from the sensing module. The optical fiber optically interlinks the sensing module and optical module.

본 발명은 라만 분광 이미징 장치에 관한 것으로서, 이미지화하고자 하는 시료의 영역에 레이저를 조사하고, 상기 시료에 의해 산란된 빛을 수신하는 빛 조사부, 상기 빛 조사부가 수신한 빛 중 라만 피크의 파장에 해당하는 빛만 통과시키는 필터, 및 상기 필터를 통과한 빛을 이용하여 이미지를 생성하는 이미지화부를 포함함으로써, 넓은 영역에 대하여 고해상도의 이미지를 빠른 시간 안에 얻을 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for imaging raman signal of cell or biological tissue is provided to diagnose deformation and use for early diagnosis of cancer and biochemical variation. CONSTITUTION: A method for imaging raman signal of cell or biological tissue comprises: a step of emitting light of visible light wave length range; a step of make incidence of light to a point of the cell or biological tissue; a step of filtering the light of light source wave; a step of sending the light to a first charge-coupled device(CCD) and detecting raman signal; a step of converting position of point to detect raman signal; and a step of collecting raman signal obtained from each point and converting in an image of cell or biological tissue. An apparatus for imaging the raman signal of biological tissue or cell comprises: a first light source generating laser; a spatial filter enhancing laser bean diameter; a beam splitter which is optically connected to the spatial filter; a motion controller controlling position of the sample; a filter which filters light of light source wave length; and a monochromator which separats spectrum of light through the filter.

PURPOSE: A gasochromic thin film for a hydrogen sensor and the hydrogen sensor with the same are provided to detect hydrogen leakage and to increase durability. CONSTITUTION: A gasochromic thin film for a hydrogen sensor comprises a catalyst layer including platinum and palladium evaporated on a colored layer and a gasochromic layer. The colored layer comprises tungsten oxide, tungstates, molybdenium oxide, nickel oxide, titanium oxide, vanadium oxide, iridium oxide, manganese oxide and cobalt oxide.
