Abstract: PURPOSE: A binary tree based mobile ad-hoc network configuration for data sharing are provided to disperse a network overhead to a specific transmission undertaking node uniformly. CONSTITUTION: There are no limit on a network used for tree based network ontology transmission which is for effective network when sharing data using a mobile device. Each nodes connected to a network uses each node information to transmits maximally two nodes by selecting the nodes. A specific node can prevent a generation of overload by charging a data receiving transmitted form one node. A total network efficiency is improved by processing and decentralizing transmitted to other parent nodes.
