Abstract:
Disclosed is a wireless communication device located on the sea to determine whether a main user terminal occupies a frequency band. An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a measurement unit for measuring a maritime state related to the sea on which the wireless communication device is located; and a processor for calculating the probability of detecting a signal transmitted by the main user terminal in consideration of the maritime state, checking whether the probability is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, and determining whether the main user terminal occupies a frequency band based on the confirmation.
