Abstract:
PURPOSE: An ultra thin noise reducing pavement structure for bridge deck is provided to increase span length of a bridge, to reduce whole construction cost of the bridge, and to ensure water resistance without separate waterproof layer. CONSTITUTION: A highly elastic methyl methacrylate resin for paving a bridge deck comprises methyl methacrylate 40~70 weight%, polymethyl methacrylate 5~30 weight%, butyl acrylate 5~30 weight% and urethane 5~30 weight%. An ultra thin noise reducing pavement structure for bridge deck comprises: an adhesive layer(2) formed on a bridge deck(1) by the highly elastic methyl methacrylate resin; a lower layer(3) formed on the adhesive layer by highly elastic methyl methacrylate resin or highly elastic methyl methacrylate resin concrete; and a top layer(4).

The present invention relates to a novel SBS modified mastic asphalt mixture with enhanced durability which can be favorably used in thin bridge-decks surfacing by lowering the execution temperature and to a pavement method for mastic asphalt of steel deck bridge which desirably uses the same. The SBS modified mastic asphalt mixture according to the present invention comprises 7-9wt% of SBS modified mastic asphalt binder including 73.8-79.8wt% of normal asphalt binder having 60-80 of penetration index, 8.2-8.9wt% of SBS modifier, 9.9-14.8wt% of TLA (Trinidad Lake Asphalt), and 1.5-3.5wt% of warm additive; and 91-93wt% of mixed aggregates having a particle size of 13 mm or less. The SBS modifier is a thermoplastic elastomer having 100,000-220,000 of weight-average molecular weight, 25-35wt% of styrene contents, 65-75wt% of butadiene contents, and 83% or more of tri-block copolymer combination ratio among the total block copolymers. Tackifiers without double-bond and a plasticizer are added and mixed in the SBS modifier. 본 발명은 MMA 40~70 중량%, PMMA 5~30 중량%, Butyl Acrylate 5~30 중량%, Urethane 5~30%를 포함하여 구성된 교면 포장용 고탄성 MMA 수지 및 이를 이용한 초박층 저소음 교면 포장 구조물을 제시함으로써, 포장의 두께를 얇게 하여 포장 구조물의 사하중을 줄임으로써 교량의 경간장을 증가시킴은 물론 교량의 전체 건설비용을 10% 이상 절감하고, 별도의 방수층이 없어도 방수성능이 우수하며, 방수층과 포장재의 분리현상이 없고, 내구성이 우수하며, 공사기간을 단축할 수 있고, 차량통행에 의한 소음을 감소시킬 수 있도록 한다. 교면, 포장, 배수, 박층
