Abstract: PURPOSE: An image improvement algorithm device and method thereof are provided not to reduce image quality improvement effect by reducing and removing a side effect which occurs when establishing a picture quality improvement algorithm of an image. CONSTITUTION: A boundary is found by comparing a 2D differential signal characteristic which is obtained through a 2D differential Laplacian of Gaussian classifier and a real space coordination signal characteristic. A slope of a boundary part is optimized. An image signal brightness value of a boundary part through a random parameter delta blocks all kinds of side effects.

Abstract: An air-conditioner having a sterilization and deodorization function using nanosilver aqueous solution is provided to increase the sterilization of indoor air, antibiotic and deodorization effect and to increase the service life. An air-conditioner having a sterilization and deodorization function using nanosilver aqueous solution comprises a casing body(110), a filter(120), a heat exchanger(130), a liquid spray unit(140) and an air circulation unit(150). The casing body comprises an air inlet and an air outlet. The filter unit is installed within the casing body and filters pollutant included in the external air flowing in through the air inlet. The heat exchanger is mounted in the casing body inside to be separated from the filter with the fixed distance and cools the filtered air. The liquid spray unit is installed on the upper side of the heat exchanger and the filter, contains the aqueous solution liquid having a sterilization and deodorization function and spays the aqueous solution liquid to a space between the filter and the heat exchanger. The air circulation unit sends the air cooled by the heat exchanger in order for the cooled air to successively pass through the filter and the heat exchanger.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and method of extracting only a boundary area signal by using a spatial correlation in an image signal which is mixed with a noise are provided to effectively extract only a boundary part in an image which has a noise by using a correlation with a neighboring signal. CONSTITUTION: A signal distribution characteristic is analyzed and a slope by using a signal brightness on a space coordinate in a device extracting only a boundary part on a KxL stop image which a noise is mixed. After extracting the image primarily, an image which noise is finally removed is extracted by calculating and digitalizing the correlation with the noise.
