Abstract: PURPOSE: Nanofiller for enameled wire, nanocomposite including the same, and a method for preparing the same are provided to improve the partial discharging resistance property, the insulating property of the enameled wire by highly dispersing the nanofiller. CONSTITUTION: Nanofiller for enameled wire includes an inorganic oxide nanoparticle. Inorganic oxide nanoparticle is added in a solvent to obtain a mixed solution. A silane compound is added in the mixed solution and is reacted. The surface of the inorganic oxide nanoparticle is silanized. The inorganic oxide nanoparticle is selected from a group including silica, titania, alumina, zirconia, yttria, chromium oxide, zinc oxide, ferric oxide, clay, and the combination of the same.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于漆包线的纳米填料，包括其的纳米复合材料及其制备方法，以通过高度分散纳米填料来提高部分耐放电性能，漆包线的绝缘性能。 构成：漆包线的纳米填料包括无机氧化物纳米颗粒。 在溶剂中加入无机氧化物纳米粒子，得到混合溶液。 在混合溶液中加入硅烷化合物并进行反应。 无机氧化物纳米颗粒的表面被硅烷化。 无机氧化物纳米粒子选自包括二氧化硅，二氧化钛，氧化铝，氧化锆，氧化钇，氧化铬，氧化锌，氧化铁，粘土和其组合的组合。
