Abstract:
본 발명은 복층 건물의 바닥 시공구조에 관한 것으로, 플레이트가 받침대에 의하여 뜬 상태로 시공되도록 하면서 그 플레이트와 받침대의 사이에는 단열판과 방열판과 흡음판을 삽입하여 소음 및 충격이 다단으로 전달되도록 하여 소음 및 진동을 최소화하고, 또한 플레이트를 타공구조로 형성하면서 마감 모르타르가 밀착되어지는 지지벽에 요철부를 형성하여 밀착력 증가로 인한 균열이 발생하지 않도록 하며, 또한 단열판과 흡음판을 엠보싱으로 형성하면서도 받침대의 구조를 마감캡에 의하여 밀폐상태의 공기압축에 의한 완충효과가 발생하도록 하여 상측으로부터 전해지는 충격 및 소음을 저감시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a vacuum chuck for substrate adsorption and a substrate adsorption method using the same. The vacuum chuck for substrate adsorption according to the present invention comprises a bipolar electrostatic substrate adsorbing a glass substrate by forming an electric field; and multiple adhesive rubber sheets attached to one side of the bipolar electrostatic substrate and adhering to the glass substrate.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a floor construction structure for a multi-story building. A plate is built to be suspended by supports. A thermal insulation plate, heat sink, and a sound absorbing plate are inserted between the plate and the support to enable sound and shock to go through multiple layers to minimize the noise and vibration. The plate has a perforated structure, and concave-convex units are formed on a support wall adhered by the finishing mortar to increase the adhesion force and prevent cracks. The thermal insulation plate and noise absorbing plate are embossed, and the structure of the support can absorb the shock of the air in a vacuum through a finishing cap. Accordingly, the shock and noise delivered from the upper part can be reduced.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an elastomer is provided to maximize modulus variable range of the elastomer by controlling adding amount of a crosslinking agent and a promoter, thereby effectively providing optimized elastomer having variable modulus according to required properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an elastomer comprises: a step of manufacturing rubber compound in which a single sulfur bond is induced, and a step of mixing moderate amount of magneto-reactive particles to the rubber compound. The rubber compound is obtained by mixing 2-10 parts by weight of sulfur, 4-20 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 1.6-8 parts by weight of stearic acid, and 0.65-3.25 parts by weight of sulfonamide to 100.0 parts by weight of natural rubber.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an elastic member with variable modulus using magnetically reactive particles is provided to improve the orientation characteristic of magnetically reactive particles by injecting rubber compound containing a proper amount of magnetically reactive particles between permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an elastic member with variable modulus is as follows. A rubber compound mixed with magnetically reactive particles is injected in a mold(10) and permanent magnets(20) are installed in the mold. The injected rubber compound is hardened. The hardened rubber compound is separated from the mold. The orientation characteristic of magnetically reactive particles is guided with the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnets so that the rubber compound has variable modulus.
