    Abstract: A shutter module for shutter glasses for a stereoscopic image is disclosed. The disclosed shutter module comprises; a first transparent substrate; a second transparent substrate located on the top of the first transparent substrate; and a plurality of reflection members which is arranged to be able to locate along a plurality of rotary shafts which is in parallel with a flat surface in which the first transparent substrate is arranged at a space between the first and second transparent substrates. The reflection members become a state which rotates to a second position by rotating in a predetermined direction according to external force at a state of a first position which is in parallel to the flat surface. The reflection members reflect the light which is inserted into the first transparent substrate at the state of the second position to pass through the second transparent substrate. According to the present invention, the shutter module has a fast driving speed and a high transmission ratio and has an advantage capable of achieving a high on/off ratio. Also, according to the present invention, the shutter module can be manufactured in a thin film process for manufacturing an existing display device and can save costs. Also, according to the present invention, the weight of the shutter glasses is reduced and the convenience of a user who wears the shutter glasses is improved.

    Abstract: A shutter module for shutter glasses for stereoscopic images is disclosed. The disclosed shutter module includes a first transparent substrate; a second transparent substrate positioned in parallel with the first transparent substrate; and a plurality of shutter members positioned between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate to adjust transmittance and reflectance of visible light that is incident onto the first transparent substrate and passes through the second transparent substrate. The shutter member includes a gate electrode positioned over the first transparent substrate; an optical layer positioned over the gate electrode and having multiple thin films deposited, wherein the multiple thin films have different optical characteristics from each other, the optical characteritics having refractive indexes; and a membrane electrode positioned on a plane parallel with the gate electrode and spaced apart from the optical layer by a predetermined distance to have a deformation part arranged on the optical layer at a first location. The deformation part moves towards the optical layer within a predetermined interval range by an electrostatic force generated by a voltage difference between the gate electrode and the membrane electrode to be positioned on the optical layer at a second location. The optical layer has an optical characteristic of having a maximum transmittance of light at the first location of the deformation part, the light incident onto the first transparent substrate and passing through the shutter member and the second transparent substrate.
