박막간의 단차를 최소화할 수 있는 박막패턴 어레이 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 박막패턴 어레이는 기판위에 위치하는 하부 박막패턴, 하부 박막패턴의 상단에 위치하는 상부 박막패턴 및 하부 박막패턴과 상부 박막패턴 사이에 위치하며, 하부 박막패턴과 상기 박막패턴 간의 단차를 줄일 수 있도록 완만한 테이퍼 각을 갖는 단차완충패턴을 포함하므로, 박막들의 두께를 균일화하고 박막의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a thin film pattern array and a method for fabricating the same, which minimizes a step difference between thin films. The thin film pattern array includes a lower thin film pattern which is located on a substrate, an upper thin film pattern which is located on the upper part of the lower thin film pattern, and a step difference buffer pattern which is located between the lower thin film pattern and the upper thin film pattern and has a shallow taper angle to reduce a step difference between the lower thin film pattern and the thin film pattern. The present invention can uniformize the thickness of the thin films and prevent damage of the thin films.
Abstract:
A wireless field bus system using visible light communication and a data transmission method using the same are disclosed. The disclosed wireless field bus system comprises: a master device; at least one slave device; and multiple end devices in which operation is controlled according to data transmitted from the master device using the slave device as a medium. The slave device: receives a data frame including the data for controlling the operation of the end devices from the master device; extracts the data for controlling the operation of the end device; and transmits a visible light signal corresponding to the extracted data. The end devices receive the visible light signal and obtain the data corresponding to the received visible light signal. The operation of the end devices is controlled according to the obtained data.

A shutter module for shutter glasses for a stereoscopic image is disclosed. The disclosed shutter module comprises; a first transparent substrate; a second transparent substrate located on the top of the first transparent substrate; and a plurality of reflection members which is arranged to be able to locate along a plurality of rotary shafts which is in parallel with a flat surface in which the first transparent substrate is arranged at a space between the first and second transparent substrates. The reflection members become a state which rotates to a second position by rotating in a predetermined direction according to external force at a state of a first position which is in parallel to the flat surface. The reflection members reflect the light which is inserted into the first transparent substrate at the state of the second position to pass through the second transparent substrate. According to the present invention, the shutter module has a fast driving speed and a high transmission ratio and has an advantage capable of achieving a high on/off ratio. Also, according to the present invention, the shutter module can be manufactured in a thin film process for manufacturing an existing display device and can save costs. Also, according to the present invention, the weight of the shutter glasses is reduced and the convenience of a user who wears the shutter glasses is improved.
