Abstract: 제스쳐 기반의 가전기기 제어장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 영상 획득부는 제어동작을 포함하는 영상프레임을 획득한다. 저장부에는 복수의 제어대상기기, 각각의 제어대상기기에 적용되는 제어명령 및 각각의 제어명령에 대응하는 기준형상이 저장된다. 형상 검출부는 영상프레임으로부터 저장된 기준형상과 일치하는 손의 형상을 검출한다. 제어대상 결정부는 검출된 형상에 대응하는 제어명령을 결정하고, 결정된 제어명령이 복수의 제어대상기기에 적용되는 공통 제어명령인 경우에는 제어대상기기들 중에서 제어명령을 적용하고자 하는 제어대상기기를 결정한다. 사용자 인터페이스부는 복수의 제어대상기기 및 각각의 제어대상기기에 대응하는 손의 형상을 화면에 출력하고, 제어명령이 적용되는 제어대상기기 및 제어명령의 내용을 영상 또는 음성에 의하여 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제어동작을 포함하는 입력 영상프레임으로부터 손의 형상을 추출함으로써, 명령을 입력하기 위한 별도의 장치 또는 명령어의 설정이 불필요하게 된다. 또한 제어명령을 공통 제어명령과 개별 제어명령으로 구분하여 저장함으로써, 제어대상기기의 수가 증가하여도 효율적으로 제어할 수 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 중고 서적 거래 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 중고 서적 거래 장치를 이용한 중고 서적 거래 방법에 있어서, 상기 중고 서적을 제공받는 제1 사용자 단말기로부터 제1 사용자의 인증을 수행하고 관심 서적의 정보를 등록받는 단계와, 공용 단말기로부터 상기 중고 서적을 제공하는 제2 사용자의 인증을 수행하고, 상기 공용 단말기에서 획득된 상기 중고 서적의 촬상 영상으로부터 상기 중고 서적의 정보를 등록받는 단계와, 상기 등록받은 관심 서적의 정보와 중고 서적의 정보를 매칭하는 단계, 및 상기 매칭되는 서적을 등록한 상기 제1 사용자 단말기 및 상기 제2 사용자 측의 제2 사용자 단말기로 상기 매칭되는 서적의 정보를 각각 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 중고 서적 거래 방법을 제공한다.
상기 중고 서적 거래 방법 및 그 장치에 따르면, 중고 서적을 상거래 관점에서 가상화시켜서 해당 서적의 거래를 원하는 다른 사용자들과 네트워크를 구축할 수 있으며 이를 통해 중고 서적 대한 가치를 높이고 중고 서적과 관련한 상거래 행위를 촉진시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling home appliances based on gestures are provided to control various kinds of devices by recognizing user operations inputted into a camera. CONSTITUTION: An image acquisition unit(110) acquires an image frame including a control operation, and a storage unit(120) stores not only control commands applied to each control target device but also a reference shape corresponding to each kind of control command. A shape detection unit(130) detects hand shapes that are identical to the reference shapes from the image frame. A device controller(140) determines a control command corresponding to the detected hand shapes. When the control command is a common control command applied to the plural control target devices, the device controller determines among the control target devices the corresponding target device to which the control command is supposed to be applied to.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A guest book generation method of a photo mosaic and system thereof are provided to enable a visitor to concentrate on an image by configuring images to be exhibited as photo mosaic blocks. CONSTITUTION: Guest book contents data corresponding to detailed pictures is received(S100). The photo mosaic is composed by using the stored photo data(S102). The composed photo mosaic is posted(S104). The guest book content data includes guest ID data. Visitor identification data is inputted.
