    Abstract: PURPOSE: An air filtering medium using cellulose nano-fiber and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the efficiency of filtration and the differential pressure performance of the filtering medium by using a composite-filter medium with cellulose nano-web. CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene non-woven fabric is obtained through a melt-blown method. A cellulose spinning solution is directly electro-spun to the polypropylene non-woven fabric to form cellulose nano-web. The cellulose spinning solution is obtained by dissolving 5-10 wt% of cellulose into a solvent in which water and N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide are mixed at the weight ratio of 1:9. The cellulose spinning solution is heated to a temperature between 90 and 110 degrees Celsius. The electro-spinning process is implemented using a spinning nozzle(12), a collector(13), and a water bath(14).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a non-woven fabric of nanofiber by electrospinning is provided to maximize efficiency and persistence of inorganic particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a non-woven fabric of nanofiber with far-infrared ray release, antibacterial, and deodorization properties by electrospinning comprises: a step of dissolving polyurethane in organic solvent containing N-N dimethylformamide and methyl ethyl ketone to prepare a polyurethane solution; a step of adding far-infrared ray releasing particles, antibacterial inorganic particles, and deodorizing inorganic particles to prepare an electrospinning solution; and a step of electrospinning with the electrospinning solution to form the non-woven fabric.
