Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring mass and location of proteins in a single cell using a protein-coated metal nanoparticle are provided to deliver a drug to a desired site. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring mass and location of proteins in a single cell using a protein-coated metal nanoparticle comprises: a step of preparing the protein-coated metal nanoparticle; a step of measuring the mass of the protein by QCM(quartz crystal microbalance); a step of absorbing the protein-coated metal nanoparticle into a cell and detecting the nanoparticle using DFM(dark field microscopy); and a step of detecting the protein-coated metal nanoparticle using SERS(surface-enhanced raman spectroscopy).
