Abstract: PURPOSE: A bi-directional advertisement providing device and a method thereof are provided to enable a consumer to connect to an advertisement providing server through a portable device, thereby implementing bi-directional advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(110) displays event result information and event guide information through a screen display device. While the event guide information is being displayed on the screen display device, a data processor(120) selects a user corresponding to a fixed winning criterion from a plurality of users based on event performance information of the users. A communications unit(130) transmits the event perform information to the data processor after receiving the same.
