Abstract: A direct drive piezo injector is disclosed. The disclosed direct drive piezo injector having a guide part in an inside comprises: a body having a spraying part for spraying a fuel to a combustor chamber in a lower part of the guide part; a piezo stack arranged inside the body along an axis direction of the body; a pressure controlling part formed in a lower part of the piezo stack; a niddle, which is arranged in a lower part of the pressure controlling part, for opening and closing the spraying part by being moved up and down by a pressure of the pressure controlling part; an accumulator, which is formed between the piezo stack and the guide part, for storing a fuel provided from an outside; and a fuel inflow path, which is connected to the accumulator, and which is formed by penetrating the body and the needle. According to the present invention, a time and an amount of spraying a fuel, which is sprayed from the injector, can be controlled more minutely by controlling the fuel, which is provided for the injector, by using a movement of the needle.

Abstract: 촉매 환원 장치가 개시된다. 개시된 촉매 환원 장치는 배기가스의 스트림을 형성하는 배기 파이프와 연결되어 상기 배기가스 내 질소산화물을 환원시키는 촉매 환원 장치에 있어서, 상기 배기 파이프 상에 형성되며, 상류측에서 하류측으로 갈수록 일정구간 확경되는 확경부; 상기 확경부의 내부에 동축 방향으로 설치되며, 상기 배기가스의 배기압에 비례하여 이동하는 밸브체를 통해 배기유로면적을 변화시키고 상기 배기가스를 와류시키는 와류부; 및 상기 와류된 배기가스에 환원제를 분사하는 환원제 분사부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 배기가스와 환원제의 혼합률이 최적화됨으로써, 자동차 배기가스 내 질소산화물을 효과적으로 저감시킬 수 있으며, 배기가스 정화 장치를 저비용으로도 구축할 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A catalytic reduction device is provided to mix exhaust gas with reducing agents at an optimal ratio rate as the movement of a vale body is controlled as a parameter. CONSTITUTION: A catalytic reduction device(800) comprises an expanded part, a swirling unit(820), and a reducing agent jetting unit(830). The expanded part is formed in an exhaust pipe(810), and placed in a predetermined section from the upper side to the lower side. The swirling unit is installed inside the expanded part in a coaxial direction, and changes an exhaust passage area by a valve body(822) moving in proportion to exhaust pressure. The swirling unit swirls exhaust gas. The reducing agent jetting unit jets reducing agents to the whirling exhaust gas.
