Abstract: PURPOSE: A wideband voltage controlled oscillator using a varactor drive spilt ring resonator and a microstrip transmission line is provided to supply a DC voltage to the oscillator stably by removing a ripple in an input DC voltage by a voltage stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A resonation part(110) includes a pair of resonators and determines the oscillation frequency of an output signal. At least one pair of resonators are arranged to face each other while interposing a microstrip transmission line. A plurality of bias units(120) are electrically connected to the front end and the rear end of the transistor connected between the resonator part and the output port. A plurality of voltage stabilizers(130) stabilize the DC voltage inputted from the outside and supply the stabilized DC voltage to the bias unit. A plurality of negative resistors are electrically connected to the terminal which is not connected to the bias unit. The negative resistor generates the output signal of the oscillation frequency band determined in the resonation part.

Abstract: 종래에는 전파 흡수를 위해 흡수 특성을 갖는 고가의 재료들을 이용할 수밖에 없으며, 화학 성분이나 재료의 분자구조 등이 주로 보안기술로서 상용화에 어려움이 있고 이용분야도 매우 협소하다는 문제가 있다. 이에, 본 발명의 실시예에서는, 휴대 단말 등에 전파 흡수 기능을 갖는 메타 구조체를 채용하여 단말 장치에서 발생되는 누설 전파를 차단하고, 단말 장치에서 발생되는 전자파에 의한 인체 영향을 최소화하기 위한 기술을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에서는, 메타 구조체를 무선전력 전송 시스템과 결합하여 전자파 응집 기능과 무선전력 집속 기능을 병행할 수 있는 기술을 제안하고자 한다.

A wireless energy receiving device(104) is spaced from a transmitting device by a certain distance. A second meta material structure(150) has a plate form and a negative refractive index. Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless energy transmission and reception apparatus is provided to improve a transmission distance and transmission efficiency by using a meta structure with a negative refractive index. Abstract: PURPOSE: A meta-material structure and a wireless energy transmission system using the same are provided to focus electric field radiated from a wireless energy transmission device on a wireless energy reception device by using a meta-material structure having a negative refractive index. Abstract: PURPOSE: A low phase noise VCO using microstrip square open loop multiple split ring resonator is provided to improve phase noise characteristic without the reduction of frequency adjusting range. CONSTITUTION: A low phase noise VCO using microstrip square open loop multiple split ring resonator is designed to combine the SRR with a high Q value microstrip rectangular open loop resonator. The electric field and magnetic field characteristics of the two resonators are combined complementarily. The SRR is comprised of the rectangular shape. The rectangular shape is in favor of the easy combining between the micro rectangular open loop resonator and the SRR. Multiple SRR is formed to increase the coupling coefficient of the SRR.
