Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a biodegradable polymeric stent on which dual drug is coated which comprises: a first coating layer formation step which forms the first coating layer by spraying one surface of a cylinder formed with biodegradable polymers with a drug; a first dry step which dries the first coating layer formed in the first coating layer formation step; a second coating layer formation step which sprays the other surface of the cylinder with the drug after the first dry step; a second dry step which dries the second coating layer formed in the second coating layer formation step; and a laser processing step which removes a part of the cylinder by irradiating the cylinder with femtosecond laser after the second dry step. Therefore the present invention provides a technique which forms dual drug layers on the biodegradable polymeric stent. According to the present invention, the first and second coating layers are formed before the laser processing step so that each drug can be uniformly coated on the inner and outer circumferences of the cylinder which is formed with the biodegradable polymers, and heat loss is not generated around struts which form the stent so that a separate surface treatment is not required.

Abstract: Nanosized holes generated in electrospun nanofibers can supply oxygen, nutrients, growth factors etc. to the tissue. The present invention relates to an electrospun nanofiber structure of first poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone-co-glycolide)(PLCG). PMB30W and rapamycin are contained, and mixed polymer soluble in water is added to PLCG after solvent mixing and electric spinning. The electrospun PLCG/PMB30W/rapamycin mixed fiber has a stable nanostructure without a chemical cross combination while being cultured in a buffer solution. The characteristic of the PMB30W and hydrophobic rapamycin natural material can stabilize the electrospun PLCG/PMB30W/rapamycin mixed fiber under physiological conditions. The electrospun PLCG/PMB30W/rapamycin mixed fiber might be better for artificial organs of tissue engineering.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a biodegradable cardiovascular stent. The biodegradable cardiovascular stent comprises: a first curve part having at least four curves; and a second curve part connected to one side of the first curve part and having a left-right symmetric shape with the first curve part. The first curve part and the second curve part are connected to each other to form one cell. The cell is connected to another cell neighboring thereon in a horizontal direction. Multiple cells connected in the horizontal direction constitute a column, which is then wound to form a cylindrical body. This constitution enables a stent structure having excellent expansion force and flexibility. According to the present invention, since multiple curves are formed on the first curve part and the second curve part constituting each cell, the material density of the stent is increased. As the material density of the stent is increased, the stent inserted into the stenosed region is excellent in the degree of expansion in a hollow radial direction.
