Abstract: A disclosed coupling device for a passenger airbag module includes a chute which is combined with the rear surface of an instrument panel and has at least one fixture piece that has a fixing hole on one side thereof; at least one bracket which is formed on one side of the housing corresponding to the fixing hole and has a bracket hole corresponding to the fixing hole; an insertion bar inserted through the fixing hole and a bracket hole; and at least one coupling plate which has an open cutting hole to be inserted into at least one circumference of upper and lower protruding areas of the insertion bar protruding from the fixing hole and the bracket hole in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the insertion bar to prevent the insertion bar from being separated from the fixing hole and the bracket hole, and comes in contact with at least one surface of either the upper surface of the fixture piece or the lower surface of the bracket.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A knee airbag module which is spread to a lower part of a passenger seat is provided to prevent injuries of the passenger as an ankle of the passenger is broken by forming a first sub cushion which is protruded to an upper part of the passenger's feet and a second sub cushion which is protruded to a front of the passenger knee. CONSTITUTION: A knee airbag module which is spread to a lower part of a passenger seat includes a main cushion which is spread to a lower part of a crash pad (12). The main cushion is extended to a bottom surface of a front side of the feet. The main cushion is protruded to an upper part of the feet and includes a first sub cushion connected to the main cushion.
