Abstract:
본 발명은 생체적합성 소장점막하조직 하이드로젤의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 생체적합성인 소장점막하조직 파우더를 수용액화하여 화학적 가교결합을 형성시키는 방법에 의하여 용액 상으로 형성되며 생체 내 주사시 가교의 정도에 따라 젤의 분해기간을 조절 가능하게 함을 특징으로 하는 소장점막하조직 하이드로젤의 제조방법 및 상기 하이드로젤을 이용한 소장점막하조직 약물전달체 및 지지체의 제조방법을 제공한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of small intestine submucosa hydrogel is provided to control the decomposition period by the concentration of a cross-linking agent, and to form gel which is not easily decomposable by forming a bridge using the cross-linking agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bio-compatible small intestine submucosa hygrogel capable of controlling in vivo decomposition comprises: a small intestine submucosa solution manufacturing step mixing an acid solution and pepsin into the small intestine submucosa; a bio-compatible pH controlling step using a basic solution to the obtained solution; a powder manufacturing step cooling and drying the obtained solution; and a cross-link reacting step mixing a chemical cross-linking agent after solubilizing with the obtained powder. The chemical cross-linking agent is selected from an aldehyde group chemical, a water-soluble carboimide chemical, an epoxy chemical, and diisocyanate.
