Abstract: The present invention relates to a method to analyze the utility of a target space by using a figure object and an analyzing device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to analyze the utility of a target space by using a figure object includes a step of extracting a plane layout of the target space, a step of arranging multiple preset figure objects on an analysis target plane in the plane layout, and a step of calculating the utility of the target space by using the number of the figure objects arranged in the analysis target plane. According to this, as the utility of a space is analyzed according to a shape of an analysis target plane by arranging the figure objects of a preset area unit on the plane layout about the target space, an spatially and economically modified shape can be determined during construction designing.
