Abstract:
PURPOSE: A retrospective cohort research based drug side effect clue sensing method using an electronic medical record is provided to increase accuracy of a result according to accumulation of an electronic medical record database and supply various statistical results, thereby helping additional determination of a user. CONSTITUTION: A drug which would find side effect and an inspection which would find a side effect clue are determined(S100). A drug exposure candidate and a drug non-exposure candidate are extracted from an electronic medical record database(S150). A drug exposure group and a drug non-exposure group are selected by matching the drug exposure candidate and the drug non-exposure candidate with an important variable. A drug injection representation value among an inspection result of drug exposure group patients and a drug non-injection representation value among the inspection result of drug non-exposure group patients are determined(S500). The side effect of the drug is determined through statistics verification of the drug injection representation value and the drug non-injection representation value(S600). PURPOSE: A method for sensing a side effect of drug and surgery by using a computerized patient record and electrocardiogram data is provided to multiply accuracy of a result by accumulating EMR database and to rapidly sense various side effects about the drug and surgery. CONSTITUTION: A patient which takes drug is selected(S100). An initial time point when the drug is put into the patient is identified(S200). The patient performing electrocardiography before and after the initial time point is extracted(S300). A representative value before drug administration and a representative value after the drug administration among results of the electrocardiography of the extracted patient are determined(S400). Whether the drug causes a side effect or not is determined(S500).

PURPOSE: A drug or surgical operation side effect detecting method based on a patient-control group is provided to accurately inspect various side effects by grasping objective statistics. CONSTITUTION: A drug for inspecting a side effect is determined(S100). A candidate of a case group and a control group candidate are extracted from an EMR(Electronic Medical Record) database(S150). An inclination score of a patients is calculated(S200). A control group is classified from the control group candidate(S300). A representative value(PostQT) after giving a drug and a representative value(NoQT) after non-putting the drug are determined(S500). Whether the drug has the side effect or not is determined(600).

PURPOSE: A patient-customized hospital guide system for U-home system support is provided to recommend a clinic and a professional hospital for a disease, thereby increasing medial satisfaction of a user and quality of a service. CONSTITUTION: A professional hospital information database(40) stores information about hospitals according to the disease of each region. A symptom disease information DB(50) stores information of diseases according to each symptom. If a user inputs own symptom and basic information through online, a hospital guide system(30) provides a clinic suitable for a disease about a corresponding symptom.

A system for monitoring side effects of drugs is provided to guarantee safe medical activity to inpatients of a hospital by finding side effects of the drugs medicated to the inpatients, as data is extracted from various kinds of data of an HIS(Hospital Information System) and the extracted data is judged based on a knowledge-base constructed by knowledge of clinical experts. A data management center(100) extracts and manages side effect data without applying load to an HIS(400). A data replication agent(110) constructs an HIS replica database(160) by copying data of the HIS automatically, and extract, converts, and loads the data by each stage. An anonymization agent(130) anonymizes various kinds of inpatients, medical treatments, and examination results automatically. A data quality management program(150) manages error and quality of the data. A side effect knowledge-base(230) is constructed based on knowledge of clinical experts. A rule management program(220) and a drug side effect determination agent(210) support a function for keeping operation stably by mapping the knowledge-base and various kinds of standard medical databases(240) periodically.

PURPOSE: An electronic device is provided to implement ubiquitous health care by periodically executing body temperature monitoring and measurement without regard to time and place. CONSTITUTION: A body temperature measurement and conversion terminal comprises a temperature sensor part(211), a data controlling part(212), a BBT(Basal Body Temperature) conversion part(213), an information control part(215), and a display part(216). The temperature sensor part measures the body temperature of a user. The data controlling part manages data obtained by the temperature sensor. The BBT conversion part changes the body temperature of user to the BBT. The information control part controls data for the display. The display part displays the body temperature information of a user.

PURPOSE: A knowledge base management system for monitoring the side effects of a drug of a hospital information system is provided to design a database schema according to structure and implement a web-based interface for user convenience by structuring the knowledge for the ADE. CONSTITUTION: A knowledge database(300) stores and updates the data generated by each module, and search modules(110,120) search the drug used in a hospital, inspection and diagnosis and use an ADE(Adverse Drug Event) knowledge database management system by providing information. A unit change module(140) changes the unit for the amount of drug automatically when registering ADE knowledge. A user interface changing module(130) changes user interface for each type based on ADE knowledge.

PURPOSE: An oral health management model for self-monitoring an oral disease is provided to grasp relations among general causes of tooth pain, thereby predicting tooth pain through a neural network model. CONSTITUTION: An oral health management model is generated by analyzing oral habit data of a person. The oral health management model is divided by a body factor, an eating habit factor, a life bit factor, an oral habit factor, and a stress degree. The body factor is made of gender, age, height, weight and BMI(Body Mass Index).
