    Abstract: PURPOSE: A high speed photocurrent image measurement apparatus is provided to improve sensitivity by including a configuration to remove noise and obtain information about a photocurrent for a short time, by changing a position where an optical pulse signal is irradiated in a photoelectric device for a short time. CONSTITUTION: A high speed photocurrent image measurement apparatus includes an optical modulation part(120), a galvano scanner(130), an object lens(140), a current preamplifier(160) and a lock-in amplifier(170). The optical modulation part modulates a light source generated in a light source generation part into a high frequency optical pulse signal. The galvano scanner controls an emission angle of the optical pulse signal, and inputs the controlled optical pulse signal to the object lens. The object lens emits the optical pulse signal from the galvano scanner to the photoelectric device. The current preamplifier converts and amplifies an optical current generated in a partial area of the photoelectric device by the optical pulse signal from the object lens. The lock-in amplifier measures only the AC voltage among AC voltages outputted from the current preamplifier, and outputs a DC voltage proportional to the measured AC voltage.
