Abstract: A composition for preventing and treating cerebrovascular disease, containing a compound isolated from alpinia officinarum hance is provided to be used as prevention and therapeutic agent for brain disorders by controlling the neural apoptosis at the ischemic area. A composition for preventing and treating cerebrovascular disease comprises a compound of the chemical formula 1 and a compound of the chemical formula 2 as an active ingredient. The compound is separated from the chloroform, ethylacetate or acetone fractionation of alpinia officinarum hance.

Abstract translation: 提供一种预防和治疗脑血管疾病的组合物，其含有通过控制缺血区域的神经细胞凋亡而被用于脑功能障碍的预防和治疗剂。 用于预防和治疗脑血管疾病的组合物包含化学式1的化合物和化学式2的化合物作为活性成分。 将化合物从氯仿，乙酸乙酯或丙酮分离得到的黄芪分离。
