    Abstract: A cushion pad of trousers or a skirt is provided to be attached to the rear of trousers or a skirt and to make a user feel comfortable by letting a sponge elastic plate attached to the rear waist of the user. A hose type pocket(13) is bonded with a sewing line(14) on an upper end portion of an inner surface(12) in the rear center portion(11) of the trousers or a skirt(10). A rubber or a plastic plate(15) is inserted into the hose type pocket. While a belt(16) that encloses the outside is a fixed chain that has no flexibility, the elastic plate that is close to a human body(17) is stretched according to the breathing of a human body to be good for the health of a human being.
