Abstract: 본 발명은 3중 연동 도어의 연동장치에 관한 것으로서, 문틀의 상부에 고정설치되는 상부레일; 상기 상부레일의 제1안내부에 끼워져서 상기 제1안내부를 따라 이동가능하게 형성되며, 일측에는 중간도어를 고정 결합하기 위한 관통구멍이 형성된 슬라이더; 상기 슬라이더의 상부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 풀리 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 벨트; 상기 벨트가 이동할 때, 상기 중간도어와 상기 전면도어가 상대이동하도록 하는 제1연동구; 및 상기 벨트가 이동할 때, 상기 중간도어와 상기 후면도어가 상대이동하도록 하는 제2연동구;로 이루어지며, 중간도어와 전면도어와 후면도어가 각각 상부레일의 길이방향으로 이동을 하게 될 때, 각각의 도어가 상부레일 상에서 이동하는 유격 공차를 최소한으로 할 수 있으므로 각 도어의 이동을 안정적으로 유지하면서 소음의 발생을 최대한으로 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to triply interlocking doors and to an interlocking device for triply interlocking doors which can open and close three doors, which are disposed on the lower part of an upper rail and mutually overlapped to slide, by interlocking the doors. The upper rail includes: an installing plate unit disposed and fixated on the upper part of a door frame; a first guide unit which is disposed in the center of the lower part of the installing plate unit along the length direction of the installing plate unit; a second guide unit which is formed in the center of the front side of the lower part of the installing plate unit to be parallel to the first guide unit along the length direction of the installing plate unit and which has a front side door disposed on the lower part thereof; and a third guide unit which is formed on the rear side of the lower part of the installing plate unit to be parallel to the first guide unit along the length direction of the installing plate unit and which has a rear side door disposed on the lower part thereof. The third guide unit has a shock-absorbing unit disposed thereon for absorbing the shock generated when the rear side door contacts the end of the upper rail. The interlocking device for triply interlocking doors can prevent noise generation to the maximum while maintaining the movements of each door stably by minimizing the space allowance between the sliding doors, when each of the intermediate, front side and rear side doors moves along the length direction of the upper rail; and absorb shock which is generated when the doors contact the door frame.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An interlock device for a triple interlock door is provided to perform wind breaking and soundproof by preventing the inflow of wind through the upper portion of each door and prevent noise generated during the moving of a door. CONSTITUTION: An interlock device for a triple interlock door comprises an upper rail(10), a slider(20), a belt(37), a first interlock(40), and a second interlock. The upper rail is fixed on the upper portion of a door frame. The slider comprises a through hole to fix and couple a mid-door(D1) and is fit in the primary guide(12) of the upper rail to be moved along a first guide portion. The belt is installed between a pair of pulleys to be rotated. The first interlock relatively moves the mid-door and a front door(D2) following the moving of the belt. The second interlock relatively moves the mid-door and a rear door(D3) following the moving of the belt.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an interlocking device of a triple interlocking door which comprises: an upper rail; a slider which is formed to be movable along a first guide unit of the upper rail by being inserted into the first guide unit and which has a through hole for fixating a middle door on one side thereof; a first interlocking unit which is formed to be movable along a second guide unit of the upper rail by being inserted into the second guide unit and which has a through hole for fixating a front door on one side thereof; a second interlocking unit which is formed to be movable along a third guide unit of the upper rail by being inserted into the third guide unit and which has a through hole for fixating a rear door on one side thereof; a drive unit which is disposed on the upper part of the slider and which delivers power to the slider for moving the first or the second connection unit when either the first or the second connection unit moves; and a shock-absorbing unit which is disposed on the third guide unit for absorbing the shock generated when the rear door comes in contact with the end of the upper rail. The interlocking device of a triple interlocking door is provided to prevent noise generation maximally while stably maintaining the movement of each door and to absorb the shock generated when each door comes in contact with a door frame, since each space allowance between each of the front, middle and rear doors and the upper rail generated when the doors are moved along the length direction of the upper rail is minimized.
